Elastic neck lifting with safety pins may use either five or three safety pins. In this latter case, the lateral pins are positioned about 3 cm from the anterior margin of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, on the line of the cervicomandibular angle. Elastic neck lifting with safety pins constitutes the gold standard for neck lifting in patients with drooping skin. (31/10/19)

I lifting elastici del collo con le spille da balia sono eseguiti con 5 spille ma, attualmente anche con 3 spille. In questo ultimo caso le spille laterali sono posizionate a circa 3 cm dal margine anteriore del muscolo sternocleidomastoideo, sulla linea dell’angolo cervico mandibolare. I lifting elastici del collo con le spille da balia rappresentano il gold standard dei lifting del collo nei pazienti con pelle cadente. (31/10/19)
