Ingrediënten
Venkel (Foeniculum vulgare), Aloë (aloe capensis), Echte tijm (Thymus vulgaris), Varkensgras (Polygonum aviculare), Gezegende distel (Carduus benedictus), Duizendguldenkruid (Centaurium erythraea), Gevlekt longkruid (Pulmonaria vulgaris), gezuiverd water, alcohol 50% vol.
Gebruik
Dosering volwassenen: 4 maal daags 30 druppels met water innemen, eventueel ook ‘s nachts.
Indien nodig ieder uur innemen.
Dosering kinderen: 3 maal daags de leeftijd +3 druppels.
Niet gebruiken tijdens de periode van zwangerschap en het geven van borstvoeding.

Great Book.
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant.
Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil Rights Movement. A detailed view of Black Power, it's objectives, how these would be achieved, as well as it's misinterpretations.
An afterword from each author appended in 1992 provides insight, reflection, and perspective on all that's changed, and what hasn't, since the book's publishing.
