Suggested Use
Serving Size: 15-25ml (1 dose).
General Support:

1-2 doses (25ml) per serving - recommended for those experiencing high stress, burnout, exhaustion, or chronic fatigue at least one hour before or after a meal for optimal absorption.
Recommended Frequency:
Take twice daily - with breakfast and dinner - for sustained balance
