The wine reflects the calcareous Lequio–Serravallian soils typical of the Barolo hills. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts followed by extended maceration and aging for about 24 months in large oak casks, a traditional approach that preserves the character and depth of Nebbiolo.
The result is a precise and elegant expression of Barolo DOCG — structured and complex, with notes of rose, red fruit, spice and finely layered tannins supported by vibrant acidity.
