About the Author

A retired Deputy Probation Officer from L.A. County, Robert Kelsey obtained his bachelors degree from California State University at L.A. He has a daughter, Denise, and a grandson, Dan. His wife, Jo An, has a son, Jim. Robert is a member of the Heritage Foundation and MADD. He enjoys writing, the political scene, crime analysis, group behavior, and spending time with his dogs, Jackie and Mimi.
