A year later, we are correcting the folds that form in the lower part of the neck when the patient bends her head forward. No skin is removed during this procedure; the tissues are simply repositioned. The excess cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue that is moved sideways and upwards will not only remain invisible, but will also serve to counteract wasting of the sides of the neck. Upward and lateral traction is applied to the skin of the neck with the fingers, in order to identify the best position for the oblique suspensive vectors that will be used to lift the excess skin in the infero-anterior region of the neck.

36. Lifting elastico del collo basso
La paziente è stata sottoposta a liposuzione del doppio mento e al contemporaneo Elastic Neck lift, con l’impianto di una sutura elastico tra le due fasce di Lorè. Dopo un anno correggiamo le pieghe che si formano nella parte bassa del collo, quando la paziente piega in avanti la testa. Anche in questo intervento non c’è alcuna asportazione cutanea ma un semplice riposizionamento dei tessuti. L’eccesso dei tessuti cutanei e sottocutanei trasportato lateralmente e in alto non solo non risulterà visibile ma servirà a contrastare la scheletrizzazione laterale del collo.
Con le dita si esegue una trazione in alto e laterale della cute cervicale, per individuare la posizione ottimale dei vettori sospensivi obliqui, necessari per trazionare l’eccesso cutaneo della regione infero-anteriore del collo. In questo caso sono sufficienti solo due vettori che sono marcati. Essi sono la bisettrice dell’angolo isoscele che sarà realizzato nel tessuto sottocutaneo dal filo elastico.
